Meet the management team of Paladin:

Derk de Geus

Co-founder of Paladin Studios, Derk has an educational background in multimedia design and 3D animation, and has roughly 7 years of experience in the field of game development. In the early years he was creative director for many of Paladin’s projects and it’s brand identity. Derk now applies this experience to protect and develop the vision, brand and organization of Paladin Studios.

Lukas Hoenderdos

With a degree in information technology, Lukas manages the technological side of Paladin. His favourite programming languages is C#, and he knows more about computer hardware than the rest of the team combined. He proved his talent by developing a set of XML channels for Quest3D during his graduation project. With Quest3D and Unity3D at his disposal, he is dedicated to making it all work.

Dylan Nagel

An experienced multimedia developer, Dylan co-founded Paladin Studios in 2005. His day to day responsibilities include business development, product management, account management and sales.
Dylan has a Master’s Degree in Archaeology, an allround social study with many disciplines. His knowledge of human behaviour is now put to good use in Paladin’s projects.

Niels van Egmond

Niels did both his internships at Paladin Studios. During his stay, he quickly proved himself to be a fast learner with an affinity for both the creative and the technical side of 3D graphics. In his position as Lead Artist, he is responsible for setting up art production pipelines, leading the art team and maintaining overall graphical quality.
Niels’ graduation project was “Enki“, a game prototype which was featured on Dutch national television and several gaming websites.
