Vision

We make games, because we love to make people smile – be it a sweet twinkle, loud laugh or evil grin.
Our motto is Life is Play.

We are not in a rush. We want to intimately get to know our users, and find out what their fun, pain, and preferences are. We adjust our products and services accordingly. Apart from intensively using the test data our players provide, we will invite them to get involved in the creative process from the start.

We focus excessively on providing a perfect user experience. This goes for the game and all other contact points a client has with Paladin.

Our workplace standards are ambitious: We want to create a thriving, independent, out-of-the-box brainforce with the wit and guts to make things happen. There is room for error, as we learn from our mistakes. We build, test, reflect, and rebuild – not just the games, but the company too. Agile and lean management and workflow methodologies are at the heart of the company.

Mission

We are a “Games as a Service” company. Players are granted access to our games without charge, and we improve the games themselves over time.

To achieve this, we have the following core values:

  • We provide a great experience to our users
  • We bring people together
  • We practice Good Business*

Arthur

Meet Arthur, our mascotte. He is a young boy dreaming of becoming a knight one day. The odds are against him – except for the fact that he has a special mentor, Merlin the wizard.

Merlin immerses Arthur in magical worlds to prepare him for his future. We create virtual environments to do the same. By playing you discover worlds: by playing you grow. This ancient, basic truth is the foundation on which Paladin Studios is built.
