We Are Hiring!

We are looking for brave knights (m/f) who are passionate about game development and want to join the Knights of the Round Table.

Product Owner

The role of Product Owner (“PO”) is like that of game producer, account manager or project leader. It is an important role in Scrum, with a focus on creating the best possible value for the client and end users. The PO position is different from “old school” project managers. The team organizes itself, and the Scrum Master handles the logistics of development. The PO fully focuses on the result of the project: Customer satisfaction and ROI.

As PO you are responsible for the success of games we build for our clients. Our clients are very diverse, ranging from companies like NCRV, the European Commission or toy manufacturer Nikko. You will work on a variety of games: educational games, brand games, and games for entertainment. You assess the requirements of the client, facilitate communication during development, and make sure that the project is successful.

You can view more info here and you will find the vacancy description here.

Note: As this is a position that requires intensive communication with our Dutch clients, we are primarily looking for Dutch-speaking candidates.

Game Designer

The Game Designer is the heart of the development team. As designer you work closely with the Product Owner and the rest of the team to make the best game possible. Good game design starts with brainstorming, writing and sketching – but great design requires hands-on experimentation. This means you work directly to the game with the team – whether it is prototyping, balancing, or interface design.

The role of Game Designer requires a healthy dose of creativity, and – perhaps more importantly – a lot of communication with the rest of the team. An analytic mindset is required as well, as the core mechanics of our games can grow complex, and a lot can be learned from the anonymous usage data we gather in our games.

You can view more info here and you will find the vacancy description here.
